A Midwesterner at heart, I love Omaha and the surrounding areas. I grew up in a very small town in Indiana and met my wife while attending Indiana University in 2002. While we spent many years living in downtown Chicago, it was my idea to move back to Omaha, her hometown.
I am definitely what you call a ‘numbers’ guy. I traded stocks and bonds at the Chicago Board of Trade for 15 years. Moving to Omaha, I wanted something more. The housing market had always been of interest to me, so I originally started a real estate investment business leveraging my skills from trading and applying them to the real estate market. Understanding value, market research, and taking risks are all things I love to do. Although I was working another full-time job at the time I knew after a few months that buying and rehabbing homes was my new calling.
Through networking, I met my future business partner, Owen. Red Ladder Property Solutions was created. One of our favorite aspects of the business is helping people. Whether people find themselves in tough situations or just want an easier way to sell their home, we provide a quick and easy solution and love improving neighborhoods.

If I’m not rehabbing a house, I’m in my own house (often doing side jobs) and spending time with my family. I am blessed with an amazing wife and three kids, a son and identical twin girls who keep me very busy. We love being outside playing basketball, tennis, or taking walks. Traveling to visit family and explore parts of the country we have never been is something that makes us all very happy.
